I am not shocked to find out that so many of the new inventors stem from other preexisting ideas that already have been invented. Steve Jobs the inventor of Apple even copied some of his own ideas from other sources. Once android tried to immulate him he threatened to sue. He lost the case ultimately but he still remains #1 in sales of phones and computers we all stem our ideas from someone else our mindset is that we can copy from other but once someone tries to copy us we get defensive. A man was sued for copying an Obama picture and making it his own because someone had already used and made that picture but he got upset when people copied and changed his original picture. Music is the same way no matter how big or small an arrangement of a piece of music is you can get sued for it because it’s not your original idea many artist such as Led Zeppelin used many pieces of music that stemmed from other artist but they decided to not make major changes to the music so it ended up sounding like the original. President Obama signed an act in 2010 to ensure that American money isn’t in foreign countries. The main point is that no idea that we have ever come up with has never been thought about or put into action. Someone else has already thought about it or put it into action. We are very creative but our ideas stem from others.

In class writing assignment # 11
So once there lived an evil Easter bunny he was the
talk of the town. He went around every Easter stealing little kids decorated Easter
eggs. The kids would wake up devastated because they looked forward to showing
off their eggs to their friends. No one ever saw this bunny because he could disguise
himself. He could become invisible so no one could see him. He also could
change into Santa Claus and a witch. This bunny was very bad because around Christmas
he would change himself into Santa clause and take all the children’s gifts. He
really didn’t care of anyone else’s feeling because when he was little his
older bunny brothers would pick on him for being a wimp and to soft. So when he
grew up he treated others the same as his brothers treated him. One day he
decided he was going to sit his brothers down and talk to them. His brothers were
much older now but they agreed to it. He asked his brothers why they used to
treat him like that and they simply replied that they were trying to toughen
him up. He then said why you couldn’t just tell me that. They were stumped and couldn’t
come up with an answer. He then broke into a museum and returned the most
precious egg he ever had he then walked away and decided from that point on
that he wouldn’t treat anyone else like that and give all the things he stole
from the little kids back because he didn’t want anyone to feel like he did
when he was little.

Once upon a time there lived a little girl by the
name of Grace. She was a sweet little girl and was very loved by her family.
She did very good in school and tried to be the best student she could be. One
day she was walking and smiling down the hall way when a big humongous girl by
the name of Katie shoved her off to the side. Grace be the brave little girl
she is confronted her and said, “hey you shoved me into the lockers, aren’t you
going to say sorry?” The rest of the students in the hallway stopped in their
tracks to see what Katie was going to do. She looked around and waited until
all the attention was on her, then she picked Grace up and dumped her into the
nearest trash can available. Grace was so humiliated she ran home and cried
herself to sleep. When she woke up she decided she was going to have to do
something about Katie bullying her once and for all. She then remembered there
was a store around the corner that sold spell books. She came up with the
brilliant idea to cast a spell on her that couldn’t be reversed. She went into
the store and asked the old man for the book, she paid and left. The next day
she went into class and sat right behind Katie, she then cast the spell on her.
She turned her into a mouse. Once her neighbor saw there was a mouse next to
her she screamed so the class went chaotic. The teacher grabbed a broom and
smashed the mouse and that was the end of Katie.

Readers Response #4
007 Is Back, and He’s Brooding
A. O. Scotts essay on the new James Bond movie compares and contrast the different aspects of the movie from the early sixties all the way up to present day. The main changes that have taken place is the casting. The cast from the sixties movie has gotten older so they have had to replace them with new and more vibrant talent that can still take on the same persona as the first. The time and age has changed on how we view politics so adjustments had to be made so that it is relatable in present day. Back them the sex appeal had to be more modest but in today’s world sex sells so the sex appeal nowadays would be much higher. The way they dressed back appealed to a classier generation. Bond was suave the women were hot and they didn’t have to wear skimpy clothes to send the same signals as we do now. He talks about how the music adds to the film and how they were very clever in imputing the music to change the mood of the film. He talks about how the movies following the first finished off where the first left off and how they still added some of the same affects to show that the older films wouldn’t be forgotten about. The adding of new locations gives a good touristic effect to the film. According to him he thinks the film was well put together and makes a statement that the Bond movies would never be lost.
